1. General principles

The process of transporting goods from KINRYU's warehouse in Vietnam to the customer's receiving address is considered "Vietnam Domestic Delivery."

Domestic delivery fees are not included in the import and international shipping fees from Japan to Vietnam.

2. Vietnam domestic delivery regulations

2.1. Regulations on goods liability

KINRYU's responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the safety of the goods before delivering them to the customer at the warehouse or the shipping unit designated by the customer.
  • In case the customer requests shipping through units such as ViettelPost, VNPost, GHTK..., KINRYU ensures proper packaging and provides related documents (packaging videos, invoices, minutes) to support customers in making complaints if loss or damage occurs.
Customer responsibilities:
  • Provide complete and accurate information about the delivery address and type of goods.
  • Check the goods immediately upon receipt and notify KINRYU within 24 hours if any problems arise.
  • Take full responsibility from the time the goods leave KINRYU's warehouse, especially in cases where insurance services are not used or safe shipping methods are not selected.
2.2. Regulations on service implementation time
  • Working hours: From 08:00 to 17:15, from Monday to Saturday, except holidays and New Year.
  • Delivery time: Orders will be processed within 24 hours of completing payment requirements and delivery terms.
  • The committed delivery time depends on the selected shipping method:
    • Express delivery: 1-3 working days (depending on the area).
    • Send by passenger car: 1-2 working days (depending on the area).

2.3. Delivery commitment regulations

  • KINRYU commits to reduce shipping costs if delivery is later than the committed time due to the company's fault.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemics, or customer errors are not considered a breach of commitment.

3. Shipping fees

Domestic shipping fees are calculated based on:
  • Order size and weight.
  • Distance from KINRYU's warehouse to the receiving address.
  • A detailed fee schedule will be provided when ordering.

4. Notes when using the service

  • To ensure absolute safety for the goods, customers should consider using insurance services or choosing reputable shipping units.
  • If the goods are not received or returned, all costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
