1. General Principles
KINRYU's payment policy is designed to ensure transparency, safety and convenience for customers. We support many flexible payment methods to meet the business needs of partners. All transactions are carried out according to detailed contracts and invoices, ensuring the interests of customers.

To help customers estimate the cost of packages, KINRYU announces the calculation of package weight as follows:
  • Weight: The actual weight of the package.
  • Converted weight: The weight converted by volume is calculated according to the following formula:
  • Converted weight (Kg) = (Length (cm) * Width (cm) * Height (cm))/8000
  • Billing weight: The weight used to calculate costs for packages (eg: International shipping costs, storage costs, wooden crate costs, ...).

Accordingly, the Billing Weight is calculated according to the following principle:
 
  • Weight (net) > Converted Weight then Billing Weight = Weight (net)
  • Weight (net) < Converted Weight then Billing Weight = Converted Weight
Customers can weigh, re-measure the size of the package and calculate according to the above formula, send images to verify the weight and size of the package to verify KINRYU's fee calculation information in case our fees are incorrect (if necessary).

2. Payment methods
KINRYU provides a variety of payment methods:
 
  • Bank transfer:
    • The payment account will be provided in the sales contract.
    • Payment in VND or foreign currency (USD, JPY).
  • Payment via international payment gateway: Support forms such as PayPal or other payment gateway systems upon request.

3. Payment policy
 
3.1. Payment by stages
 
  • Deposit (30%):
    Customers pay 30% of the order value in advance to confirm the order.
  • Payment before delivery (60%):
    Customers pay 60% of the order value after the goods are ready to be shipped.
  • Remaining payment (10%):
    Pay the remaining 10% of the value after the customer receives the goods and fully confirms the contract.
3.2. One-time payment
 
  • Customers can pay the entire order value immediately after signing the contract.

4. Payment term
 
  • Payment term will be agreed upon in the sales contract.
  • KINRYU supports flexible adjustment of payment terms for loyal customers or long-term contracts.

5. Other regulations
 
  • Related costs: Additional costs such as foreign currency conversion fees or bank fees are paid by the customer.
  • Payment Confirmation: Customers need to send payment receipt for KINRYU to confirm and proceed with the next steps.
  • Order Cancellation: In case of order cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
